In Oklahoma, just because the calendar says it’s fall, the weather may not agree.  That’s not the case this year.  Along with October arriving, the crisp, cool, evenings and mornings are here.  We love this time of year!  The leaves are just beginning to turn and those long, leisurely walks are so relaxing.  Bob & Linda just returned from a ten day vacation–all it takes is being away from Shiloh Morning Inn to remember why we are so very fortunate to live here.

While away, we had time to refresh our thinking and get some great new ideas.  In the near future, we will be rolling out some new breakfast menus with a different twist.  We also will be offering another evening dining option.  Why all the mystery?  Along with these new ideas comes the need for the equipment with which to prepare them.  Some of that has already arrived and more is expected this week.  After a few trial runs–it’s a tough job to have to eat all that food, but somebody has to do it–we’ll roll out the red carpet for guests.  Watch for the announcement.
